Return Policy

• A full refund of the purchase price less shipping applied to your credit/debit card.

• A Store Credit for the full purchase price less shipping to be applied to future purchases.

All merchandise returned after 14 days is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All merchandise returned, including scrapbook kits and professional photo albums, must be received in original condition and in its original packaging to ensure full credit. Merchandise must be free of marks or blemishes.

Please package returns inside of a properly protected shipping carton.

Return Instructions:

• No need to call, email or write us. Simply follow these easy steps for a smooth, hassle-free return.
  
• Please completely fill out the enclosed Return Authorization Form with any merchandise that you are returning for credit.
  
• Upon receipt, we will credit your charge card or issue store credit to apply toward future orders.

Return freight charges must be paid by the customer. We suggest that you insure your package for the appropriate amount and ship via a carrier that offers package tracking such as UPS.

For Security reasons any unidentifiable packages will be refused at the loading dock.
